Handstand hold/attempt => bear crawl => 10 one-legged side-to-side hops, each leg => 3 cartwheels => speed ladder => Ball Slams => 50-meter side shuffle => 50-meter high knees

Workout
Partner Relay Races 
*One partner will be working at a time while the other partner completes a bar hold or rope hold. Each team will be responsible for moving all of their weighted objects from one point to another point.
