2 clean and jerk
4 burpees over bar
4 clean and jerk
6 burpees over bar
6 clean and jerk
**Increase reps by 2 for each round until you hit 10:00**
Elementary: 
2 x 4 min AMRAP’s 1 min. rest in b/w AMRAP’s
2 burpee rollovers
4 front squats with PVC
6 ring pull ups
Cone run
